Refund and Returns Policy

Each print is made to order, printed and shipped by our production partner Gelato.

Because all items are custom-printed, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or unwanted gifts
• Colour differences due to monitor calibration
• Incorrect sizes ordered
