All orders are printed on demand and shipped by our production partner Gelato, using local printing facilities whenever possible to reduce carbon footprint and delivery times.

Production & Processing

Each print is made to order.

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email once it ships.

Shipping Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location:

• United Kingdom & Europe: 3–8 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to customs delays.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves or tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Each order is handled with care to preserve the quality and surface of your artwork.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at admin@vintro.studio.

We’ll work with Gelato to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
